Phil the Handyman

I called phil to help install a cooker hood and lay some laminate flooring in my new house. He did both jobs to a great standard for a very reasonable price and then we got talking about sorting out some decking, which he did a few weeks later, even helping to hire an industrial van to pick up the wood from wickes 30 miles away as the boards were in short supply thanks to lockdown diy fever. My wife has always wanted a garden tiki bar so I called him to ask for a quote, after I'd googled prices which were running into thousands, and he turned up and helped us design a pergola which he said would save on costs by attaching to our house and decking rather than building free standing. A couple of weekends later, for a third of the price and our bar is sorted, although he didn't have anyone to help him so I had to spend a weekend helping out. Great guy, happy to find a genuine bloke with so many cowboys around.

Phil is great! Reliable, hardworking and completes all jobs to a high spec. So few workmen are reliable these days so Phil is a breath of fresh air!!! Also doesn’t charge the odds but sticks to a reasonable hourly rate.

Phil was very helpful as we were due a baby and needed urgent plumbing in our bathroom and new suite installed he did a great job to a very high standard and could not thank him enough for helping when we needed it. Very reasonably priced which is hard to find these days. Thanks again Phil will definitely be calling you in the future.
